For more than 15 years, I've had the privilege of coaching girls and young women at every level of the game—from Division I lacrosse to state championship high school programs. Along the way, I've learned that confidence isn't built overnight. It's built through great coaching, meaningful mentorship, and showing up for the small moments that help athletes grow both on and off the field.

That's why I created Lax Free or Die.

My mission is simple: to help develop confident young women through the game of lacrosse by making elite coaching, recruiting guidance, and player development more accessible to athletes and families everywhere.
