I was faced with a challenge - the Westford Academy administration asked all spring coaches to host a Diversity Day with the opposing team from Wayland. The three hour event included: awareness, interview, one hour of "some activity related to sport" and pizza. What was I going to do? I would have over 80 players and 6 coaches for an hour. Teams had to be blended with an equal representation from both towns and I also had to balance skill with V and JV.
I contacted Erin Rigby Chase - hey I need some help! Erin stepped up and provided me with the BEST plan for one hour - four stations that we could rotate with 2 V level and 2 JV level. I had a script I could hand to the visiting coaches and we could divide and conquer. Challenge Accepted!
The one hour of 4-15 minute stations was terrific! The girls LOVED the stations and we incorporated one of the drills into our daily practice.
Erin Rigby Chase donated her time and talents. She gave back to the lax community in a BIG way and made it a memorable day for all.

My daughter has been training with Erin for close to 2 years now. Erin is extremely passionate about lacrosse and teaching high level skills and techniques. Many trainers just run through drills and take fancy videos, but Erin is a teacher! She is a hands-on coach that breaks down what the player is doing wrong to correct the player moves and help them get better. We won our first grade 7/8 Select game of the season last night. The girls were using your techniques on the draw and it was a complete 180. Like you say, Win the Draw, Rule the World!
